How is it late October already?
I can't believe how quickly time is moving along . . . Lots of things keeping me busy in laurajean land. In November I'm going to be instructing a printmaking course at Harbourfront Centre in Toronto. Here is one of the prints that I just completed to use as a demo for multiple-block printing.

This block was used for colour.
On Saturday November 28th, I'll be doing a print-making demonstration at Freedom Clothing Collective in Toronto, 939 Bloor Street West. I'll be there all afternoon hand-printing cards that will also be for sale. This is a great store full of unique gift items, perfect for holiday shopping . . .
I also just confirmed that I'll be participating in Winter Fling: A Craft Thing on December 5th, which is going to be a great show featuring special guest DJs and is sponsored by Bust, Kid Icarus, Glitter Pie, and Sublime Stitching.

I'll have a range of holiday items available, including these folk-style wooden ornaments . . .

If you're planning on attending a show, make sure to see the blog post below and print out my postcard to receive 10% off your laurajean order!
See you soon!
